Who You Are
You are a motivated healthcare professional with a strong background in quality management for healthcare practices. Your expertise in maintaining quality analysis, auditing, training, and collaborating with clinical teams positions you as a key player. Your ability to handle multiple responsibilities and communicate effectively ensures that you contribute significantly to OnMed’s mission of delivering high-quality care.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct routine chart audits and other quality reviews to confirm the clinical staff are complying with all policy, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Director on developing and implementing remediation plans for opportunities identified from all internal and external regulatory audits.
- Partner with the Director - Care Management to identify and execute on continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain the training program and materials for Care Coordinators, Care Managers, and Collaborating Physicians.
- Conduct initial and routine training for all new clinical team members.
- Leverage reporting to monitor the performance of the third-party to verify they are meeting the quality and performance standards.
- Prepare documentation for our third-party partner(s) that outlines coaching opportunities for individual staff.
- Audit the setup of new client workflows to confirm they meet the client’s requirements.
- Execute user acceptance testing strategy and maintain comprehensive testing documentation for software updates to ensure system reliability and functionality.
- Support daily testing of the CareStation and respond to any support questions that may arise.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Director – Care Management at her discretion from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of three years of experience, with an interest in Healthcare Field and Career.
- Strong technology skills in healthcare systems and software, including Athenahealth.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment within policy and procedure guidelines established by the Company.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and clients’ clinical teams.
- Ability to perform system testing and support user acceptance testing during software releases.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the other Care Managers, Care Coordinators, and other stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
- Must be able to thrive in a changing environment.
Education & Experience
- Must have current license and credentials as RN or LPN; and
- Coding knowledge (CPC preferred, but not required).

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
