Job Description:
The Project Manager provides technical oversight with implementation of new business systems, while maintaining existing systems. The Manager offer project leadership to meet project objectives and requirements as well as manages progress and course corrects on complications by recognizing probable conflicts and producing innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides project leadership, directs and integrates work of other support team members and business operations stakeholders
- Develops project plans, organizes and leads project team, and monitors progress
- Designs, writes, tests, implements, and maintains business systems, including tools for testing and delivery of application
- Creates and maintains system guidelines and manuals for the business to ensure effective support
- Coordinates work with training team and helpdesk to support users through technical support of applications, and facilitate and organize training
- Ensures knowledge of business systems is globally understood and stays up to date with systems changes and updates
- Conducts regular reviews of systems and generates reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Maintains an overall positive, helpful attitude when working with end-users
- Performs other duties as required
Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in systems analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or technical experience related to the area of assignment may substitute for the degree requirement
- Knowledge of: Technical Understanding, Process Improvement, Data Processing, Reporting Research Results, Networking Knowledge, Presenting Technical Information, Written Communication, Operating Systems, Reporting Skills, Client Relationships, Documentation Skills
- Ability to communicate and service a diverse audience.
