Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain nursing guidelines and policies.
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

Salary Estimate: Based on location and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
