Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Project Manager located in Syracuse, NY. The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of facility-related projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing facility operations, coordinating projects, and handling budgeting tasks. The role requires regular collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Facilities Project Management and Project Coordination skills
- Experience in Architecture, Construction or Facilities Operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Syracuse, NY
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or an Associates degree and some additional experience
- Experience in educational institutions is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
