Job Description and Duties :

ONRAD, Inc ( www.onradinc.com ) is seeking an experienced, reliable individual to fill the role of Executive and Marketing Assistant / Office Manager. This position will report to and support the CEO as well as support the CFO in the Phoenix office. This is not a remote position.

This position covers the below responsibilities :

  • General administrative support.
  • Writing and communication internally and for web postings.
  • Management of email / communication campaigns.
  • Marketing material development support.
  • Board Book preparation.
  • Contract preparation.
  • Scheduling support.
  • Mail.
  • Errands.
  • Office supplies.
  • Ordering.
  • Other assigned duties.

The ideal person will demonstrate a broad range of skills and experience including :

  • Communication – verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Executive support, marketing background with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Independent worker that can support multiple people and tasks.
  • Salary : $73,000
