ONRAD, Inc ( www.onradinc.com ) is seeking an experienced, reliable individual to fill the role of Executive and Marketing Assistant / Office Manager. This position will report to and support the CEO as well as support the CFO in the Phoenix office. This is not a remote position.
This position covers the below responsibilities :
- General administrative support.
- Writing and communication internally and for web postings.
- Management of email / communication campaigns.
- Marketing material development support.
- Board Book preparation.
- Contract preparation.
- Scheduling support.
- Mail.
- Errands.
- Office supplies.
- Ordering.
- Other assigned duties.
