Are you ready to relaunch your legal career after a hiatus? The OnRamp Fellowship, powered by Diversity Lab, is a re-entry platform that matches experienced lawyers returning to the workforce with law firms and legal departments for year-long paid Fellowships.
As part of this structured returnship, each Fellow works with a professional career coach, engages in monthly cohort meetings, and has access to periodic training with other Fellows as well as a plethora of world-class on-demand training options through PLI and Hotshot.
Applications are open now through April 4, 2025 for the next OnRamp cohort.
Lawyers are eligible to apply who: (1) have at least three years of full-time, post-licensure legal experience at one or more mid- to large-size legal organizations; (2) have taken a hiatus from the practice of law for at least two years; and (3) have an active license to practice law in the U.S.

To be considered for an OnRamp Fellowship, you must fulfill the eligibility requirements, be licensed to practice law in the U.S., and submit an application through the program. Applications submitted through an organization’s website will not be considered as part of the OnRamp program.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $215,000.
