We are looking for a driven and strategic Operations Planning Lead to oversee production scheduling, demand forecasting, and workflow optimization. This is a critical role that ensures seamless coordination between departments, enhances efficiency, and supports our commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities the successful candidate will perform include, but are not limited to :
- Plan & optimize production by developing and managing production schedules to ensure on-time order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration working closely with logistics, procurement, production, and finance teams to align planning with business objectives.
- Forecast demand by analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and operational capacity to anticipate needs and optimize resources.
- Drive efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, process gaps, and cost-saving opportunities, suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance workflow.
- Monitor performance & reporting through KPI tracking, generating reports, and recommending improvements to leadership.
- Proactively manage risks, identify supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or production delays, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evaluate and implement best practices and new technologies to improve operations planning.
