onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Customs and Compliance team located in Phoenix Arizona. As a Jr. Customs and Compliance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in support of import export-related issues for US shipments. These duties include providing the correct HTS classifications, helping with clearance issues and working closely with the internal logistics team in support of US shipping operations.
Candidates for this position will be responsible for the following functions within the Logistics Group in the Supply Chain organization at onsemi.
Communicate with internal teams to support correct HTS classifications
Provide onsemi’s brokers with support for import shipments
Generate Manufacturer Affidavit Requests
Work with onsemi suppliers to support export efforts
Confirm ECCN and HTS classifications for asset transfer (GTS Support)
