Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent field from an accredited university
- 10 years’ experience in logistics management and transportation
- Highly adept with strategic thinking and execution
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry
- Experience with integrations and divestitures desired
- Experience with onboarding, offloading, and consolidation of distribution centers
- Master’s degree a plus
Performance Objectives:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee all inbound and outbound transportation activities ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Oversee service and cost performance at all Global Distribution centers
- Lead the worldwide onsemi logistics team (~60 members)
- Develop and enhance the onsemi logistics network and systems to deliver excellent performance and cost
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners
- Drive collaboration across stakeholder organizations and build strong working relationships
- Manage process failures and work with suppliers to implement effective corrective actions
- Manage customs, VAT, duties, and international trade compliance to ensure best in class standards
