Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high efficiency, high power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving FA efforts for various aspects of compound semiconductor fab process and resulting high power products.
- Support fab tool bring up & process development by providing cross-sections and other FA efforts.
- Interface with external FA labs to provide results in a timely manner.
- Create FA reports and maintain FA database.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Material Science or related field.
- 8 years of experience in a similar job function.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of SEM, EDX, FIB and AFM tools.
- Knowledge of other techniques like SIMS, CSAM, X-ray etc.
- Ability to multi-task on various projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $98,100 - $161,900
