As the Onset Financial Full Stack Senior Engineer/Coding Manager, you will play a critical role by leading international development teams, ensuring code quality, and managing our CI/CD deployment processes.

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using the latest .NET Core technologies.
- Work with popular front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate applications with Microsoft SQL Server and other database systems.
- Design, query, and optimize Microsoft SQL databases.
- Actively participate in Agile software development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes while troubleshooting to resolve deployment-related issues.
- Utilize Azure cloud services to develop and deploy scalable applications while optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Uphold high ethical standards while promoting our company culture of integrity and success.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and other company events.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team stays aligned with the product vision.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development using .NET Core.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
- Proven experience working with an ORM (Object Relational Mapper) such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Proven experience leading and collaborating with international development teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud computing services.
- Certifications in Azure or .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Ability to travel internationally (1-2 times per year).
- A passion for problem-solving and identifying solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset combined with a big-picture perspective.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to take and implement feedback in a fast paced, high growth environment.
