Onset Financial of Draper, UT , seeks to hire a strategic and creative individual to join our Marketing team as Marketing Manager . Onset has been recognized in Utah's Best of State six times, and CEO Justin Nielsen was ranked as one of the top 50 CEOs in the country.

As our Marketing Manager, your job is to make Onset stand out! You will tell the Onset story through impactful design, creative leadership, and strategic project execution. This includes overseeing and designing quarterly internal campaigns, social media posts, press releases, printed collateral, award submissions, and leading creative projects from concept to completion.

Your responsibilities will be :

Serving as the primary creative lead for all design initiatives, ensuring efficiency and expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
Overseeing swag design as well as working with vendors to bring designs to life
Writing publications and collateral, including case studies, transaction summaries, magazine and book content, press releases, and award submissions
Writing and proactively updating website content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging
Designing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with company goals
Coordinating and managing creative contributions to events in partnership with internal teams
Working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies
Overseeing vendor relationships and projects, such as van wraps, event coordination, and branded materials
Brainstorming and collaborating with the executive team to generate new ideas for swag, quarterly incentives / themes, sales trainings, All-Hands meetings, etc.
Creating training PowerPoints and full event branding packages, including logos, banners, swag, logo loops, presentations, place cards, ID badges, and more

What you need to succeed :

A Bachelor's in Design or a related field is preferred

Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and project management skills

Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong multitasking and organizational abilities

A problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovative solutions

Experience working in a team environment with frequent creative brainstorming sessions
