Job Title: Epicor ERP Administrator / Business Systems Analyst

We are a leading manufacturer of large specialty fasteners and forgings used in heavy construction, infrastructure, power generation, and general distribution. Our team supports a multi-site operation and is focused on continuous improvement through strategic use of technology.
General Summary:
This position is responsible for providing technical support and administration of all business applications, with a primary focus on Epicor ERP. The role involves identifying and implementing new technologies, supporting end-users, and leading system improvement initiatives across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Epicor ERP across all departments and physical locations
Develop reports, queries, and data analysis tools to improve visibility and decision-making
Learn business processes and design IS strategies that improve data accuracy and processing efficiency
Lead software improvement projects; manage timelines and budgets
Liaise with third-party consultants for software customizations and support contracts
Create or learn to create dashboards and custom reports (training available)

Education & Experience:
Degree (2- or 4-year) in Information Systems, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
Minimum 1 5 years in a similar role within a manufacturing or distribution environment
Working knowledge of:
Inventory, MRP, capacity planning, scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, CRM
Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, and database query tools
Experience with ERP systems: launching features, process improvement, and tech implementation
Comfortable being the go-to resource for application support and prioritizing initiatives
