Shift Details
Shuttle Team Operating Hours
- Monday – Friday
- Afternoon Shift - 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Part-time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.
- Days and Shifts might vary based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
- High school Diploma or GED
- Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (Restricted Permit or Probationary License not accepted )
- Required to have at least 3-5 years of bus driving or shuttle driving experience with a strong, personable, customer-centric background
- Extremely safe driver, familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
- Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
- A CDL License is not required but is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
When Shuttling guests
- Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
- Answer guests' questions regarding offices or department locations.
- Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off patients, visitors, and guests.
- Assists patients, visitors, and guests on and off the shuttle when help is needed.
- Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for assigned shuttle route
- Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle.
When not shuttle driving for guests
- Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
- Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for your co-workers and passengers
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients, guests, and team members
- Answer guests' questions regarding medical offices or department locations.
About You…
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
You are well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.
You are over the age of 21, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with
- Provide exceptional Shuttle services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings
- Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
- Assist individuals with mobility challenges boarding the shuttle
- Use apps/technology daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
- Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed
- Efficiently manage shuttle logistics adhering to all site requirements and assigned routes, abiding by all traffic laws
- Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities
- Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
- Actively maintain a clean and professional vehicle and work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

- Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together representing Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Adequately able to operate apps/technology on a tablet, and continuously learning of new software that may be applied to daily tasks
- Move with urgency and speed to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
- Work in a sitting position, driving for an entire shift
- Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Speak, read, and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus!)
- Effectively able to build relationships with your team and others in a professional manner
- Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

- Base pay of $17/hour plus tips
