Join Our Team as the Loaner Vehicle Operations Supervisor!

We’re looking for a Supervisor for our Rental Agent Staff to be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless, stress-free vehicle loaner experience for our customers. Whether you're working with customers, supporting our deal network, auditing a location, delivering vehicles, or keeping our fleet looking its best, you’ll play a crucial role in making every interaction smooth and professional.

What You’ll Do:

Ø Supervise agents, set schedules and customer coordination

Ø Train agents to use necessary software tools and implement company policies

Ø Manage timecards, schedules and employee performance

Ø Manage customer experience

Ø Keep things moving by driving to and from locations and headquarters

Ø Maintain clean and safe locations

Ø Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to company standards

Ø Always prioritize safety, security, and top-tier service!

Requirements:

Ø Must be a team player with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Ø Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Ø Friendly, energetic, and willing to go above and beyond.

Ø Valid, unrestricted California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ø Highly professional, dependable, and self-motivated.

Ø Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ø Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ø Satisfactory computer skills with rental software experience.

Ø Able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
