What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Screeners PRN - Finger stick event Austin, TX 3/25/2025 position at Onsite Health Diagnostics?
This is a finger-stick screening event (health fair). We are looking for reliable contractors (technicians/wellness screeners) who can work and rotate between stations and be able to work at the designated station which may include Registration, Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, and finger-stick sample collection.
Specific tasks typically include:
- Measurement of height, weight, waist, blood pressure
- Finger-stick blood sample collection
Time: 7:30 am- 12 pm (arrival time 1 to 1.5 hours prior to start to help with event set up and break down).
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical procedures.
- Demonstrated medical knowledge, techniques, and information needed for finger sticks.
- Experience with Cardio Chek Monitors is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to speak effectively and convey information to peers and customers.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to operate diagnostic equipment or iPad.
