Summary:
The employee in this position must be detail and task oriented. Attention to detail and quality control are critical.
This person must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to sit for long periods of time and be able to do 10-key.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Scan/Image important and confidential financial documents
2. Able to organize and file documents and folders
3. Extreme attention to detail
4. Follow procedures precisely
5. Image documents, quality check scanning, validate and enter account info
6. Ability to track their own production
7. Adhere to the Standards of Excellence
8. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Account Manager
Other Duties

2. Ability to learn skills quickly
3. Multi-tasking abilities in dealing with several projects at one time

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10-key experience preferred
- Data Imaging background is beneficial
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Physical Demands
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
- Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc)
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
