Summary
The employee in this position must be detailed and task oriented. Attention to detail and quality control are critical. This person must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to sit for long periods of time and be able to operate a 10-key machine.
Responsibilities
•Monitor and manage incoming support tickets from multiple clients
•Triage, prioritize, and escalate issues based on urgency and impact
•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
•Digitally process important and confidential documents - Ability to track and report on common technical issues to identify trends - Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams regarding ticket status, resolutions, and document processing
•Able to organize and file documents and folders
•Extreme attention to detail
•Follow procedures precisely
•Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Account Manager
•Ability to learn skills and take on new tasks quickly
•Multi-tasking and managing several projects at one time
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Experience in a help desk, technical support, or client service role preferred
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users effectively
•Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk preferred
•Ability to support multiple clients and prioritize tasks
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•10-key experience preferred
•Data Imaging background is beneficial
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time
• Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)
• The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
