The Work Order Administrator’s (WOA) primary objective is the creation of Work Orders (WO) through prompt, reliable, and accurate data entry. The WOAs access customer portals, to acquire relevant data needed to create WOs within our current supply and field management software. The WOA coordinates with the Customer Service Representative to fulfill customer needs. Reporting to the Lead WOA, WOAs demonstrate Onsite Safety’s mission, vision, and core values at every level of work performance.
Requirements :
- Access customer portals, gather necessary job details, and accurately input data into the work order system for timely processing.
- Process and verify work orders with precision, ensuring consistency between customer POs and internal records.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all entered data, regularly reviewing and updating work order records.
- Collaborate with CSRs, field teams, and potentially the Sales department to resolve discrepancies and provide updates on work order statuses.
- Prepare and distribute reports on work orders, purchase orders, and job statuses as needed.
