Performs difficult skilled administrative support work accomplishing the specialized processing of information, documents or materials, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Environmental Health Permitting Technician Supervisor.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Complete and verify documentation.
Identify and resolve problems.
Maintain and manage statistical, financial, and/or other recordkeeping files.
Explain and interpret established policies and procedures to respond to inquiries from and to provide information to clients.
Compose, calculate, and determine an action regarding or compliance with programs.
Use a variety of automated office systems to establish, retrieve, verify, research, update, and/or authorize processing actions.
Performs assigned functions as a Disaster Ready Team (DRT) member, if appointed or volunteers.
Performs related duties as required.
