Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, On-call weekend duty rotates every three weeks.
Pay: $70,000 - $75,000/year

Position Overview:
The Stockroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of products. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Supervisor will lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision:

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse workers, including responsibilities for hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to foster a productive work environment.
Operations Management:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate records.
Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to manage timely delivery and dispatch of goods.

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Inventory Management:

Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and implement preventive measures.
Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any hazards.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse activities.

Utilize SAP warehouse management software to track inventory and workflow.
Additional Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and support for the organization, including managing client relationships and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Assist HR with recruiting for the operation and promote a culture of high performance and morale.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address challenges and opportunities.
Your Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office 365; strong MRP/ERP knowledge.

Expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must lift at least 50 lbs.; frequent standing, walking, and reaching required.

Knowledge of statistical process control and manufacturing techniques; capable of working in a global team.
