Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager that is responsible for a large territory in Wisconsin. This role is open due to growth and the expanding business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Utilize CRM system provided based on defined standard operating procedures
· Develop and continually refine knowledge of products and services in order to answer customer questions and develop creative ways of meeting customer needs within the scope of existing product offerings.
· Manage Assigned Territory
· Moving qualified leads through the sales funnel. Nurture new prospects through phone calls, email, social. Utilizing sales sequencing tools to schedule sales meetings with potential clients.
· Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how you can solve those. Write proposals and present to prospect.
· Track sales process and transitions customer through the process.
· Attend association and networking events.
· Assist Sales Manager/Marketing Partner in refining our go to market strategy.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
Language Ability:
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Base plus commission
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
