We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to drive process stability and continuous improvement within our Autonomous Manufacturing Unit (AMU). This role is crucial in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving processes across multiple production lines, with a specific focus on diaper manufacturing operations. This position plays a vital role in achieving operational excellence and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process stability and product quality improvements across the AMU
- Monitor and analyze process stability programs, historical trends, and KPI data
- Lead root cause analysis on OEE losses (operational and performance)
- Execute and optimize product/size changeovers
- Maintain zero-accident safety standards
Requirements:
- Technical Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Diaper manufacturing experience and knowledge
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Advanced computer skills
- Comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with OEE analysis and SMED
- Proven track record in process improvement
