Job Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation/Management/Tracking: Create and optimize engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, responding to customer inquiries, and tracking performance.
  • Event Marketing: Support the planning and promotion of our events, occasionally attend and coordinate with creative partners at events for content creation.
  • Data Analysis: Track marketing KPIs and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics to make data-driven decisions for future marketing efforts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s voice, tone, and guidelines.
  • Campaign Support: Coordinate with third-party strategic, media and creative partners for efficient work flow, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and print.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives, and assist with the development of sales and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with the overall smooth operation of the marketing department, including working closely with the production coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, PR or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools such as Buffer.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Flodesk)
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
