We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will design brand collateral, manage various aspects of the brand’s marketing initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage quick turnaround projects simultaneously with long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Execute the design of marketing materials including product catalogs, mailers, posters, business cards, emails, social media content, and other promotional materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Collaborate with immediate team and the internal design agency to ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Sales Team Collaboration: Serve as the key marketing liaison to the sales team, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.
- Internal Communication: Daily communication with internal design agency and marketing team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Order, organize and ship promotional items and materials to sales team and vendors/customers. Maintain sufficient levels of GWP and POP items.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing trade shows, sales meetings, promotional events, and other marketing-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and provide marketing support to drive sales performance.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
