Our team is looking for an Accounting Associate to join them. You will report to the Shared Services Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

To be considered for the Accounting Associate opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- High school diploma or degree is preferable.
- 1 years of clerical accounting experience is required.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Organizational skills required with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
- Review of customer accounts for overdue balances, and collection calls.
- Assist with Month-end bank reconciliations.
- Processing payments from customers and recording daily cash receipts.
- Review transactional data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
