Our team is looking for an Estimator to join them. You will report to the Estimating Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

To be considered for the Estimator opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline preferred
- 3 years of related (government, supply chain, estimating) experience
- Knowledge of supplier base in the aerospace industry a plus
- Familiarity with engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, bills of material
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Utilize ERP system to analyze historical data to improve estimating accuracy
- Obtain competitive quotes for materials and equipment
- Evaluate quotes, bids, change orders, value engineering reports, and claims for accuracy and completeness of stated costs
- Able to read and understand blueprint drawings and basic specifications
- Basic understanding of BOMs
- Evaluate and ascertain fair and reasonableness of proposed costs
- Maintain accuracy of RFQ cost and data entries in system
