IT Helpdesk Support - Temporary

Our team is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support to join them. You will report to the I Director and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

To be considered for the IT Helpdesk Intern role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Actively enrolled in a degree program with at least 3-4 years of completed coursework in technical fields such as IT, mechanical, electrical, material science, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
• Previous experience with desktop or desk-side support is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and basic hardware knowledge of desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  
  

As An IT Helpdesk Intern, You Will

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Maintain and update records and tickets using ServiceDesk.
• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support across the company via in-person, email, chat, or phone.
• Escalate complex issues to different IT Teams as necessary.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions for operating IT equipment.
• Perform minor systems administration tasks, equipment procurement, backup, and other related duties as required.

Compensation Pay Range

$20-$22 hour, based on experience
