To be considered for the Customer Account Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- BS Degree
- 2 years exp in Lead Role
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Leadership Skills
- Responsible for serving as the primary customer contact and conducting day to day account management.
- Develop tools and represent, manager, support the Customer Service team.
- Responsible for managing customer relationships by following up on issues and opportunities through frequent communication
- Initiate sales order review and track timeliness
- Quote to price list and catalogues, per associated master contract requirements
- Approve quotes based on authority matrix
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate as necessary
- Monitor order processing and on-time delivery metrics
