Our team is looking for an MRO Commercial Director to join them. You will report to the VP General Manager - MRO Global and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL .
To be considered for the MRO Commercial Director opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you :
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in commercial roles within the aviation or MRO industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of MRO services and market dynamics.
