Our team is looking for a MRO Customer Service Representative to join them. You will report to the MRO Customer Service Lead and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 12 months with the potential of being converted to full-time permanent, based on business need and individual performance.

To be considered for the MRO Customer Service Representative opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-first attitude

As a MRO Customer Service Representative, You Will

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned aerospace industry customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the repair process—from quoting to delivery and post-sales support
  • Maintain accurate order status and backlog reports, including part shortages, lead times, and other delays
  • Communicate quickly and professionally via phone and email to respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, shipping, and status updates
  • Work cross-functionally with purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse, shipping, and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure compliance with EAR and ITAR regulations for international shipments
  • Process pricing and delivery for complex quotes and perform contract reviews for repair orders
  • Support customer or agency audits as required
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records

Compensation Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour, based on experience
