Our team is looking for an MRO Quality Engineer to join them. You will report to the MRO Quality Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL .
To be considered for the MRO Quality Engineer opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you :
- 10 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing Aerospace, Electronics, Quality environment in with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Full knowledge of the regulatory environment Ontic MRO, Inc. operates in i.e., CFR 21, CFR 145, CFR 183, AS9100 / AS9110, DFARS, as well as customer and other government requirements.
- Advanced problem solving e.g. 8D, A3, Apollo (analyzing, investigating, and following up)
- Excellent communication skills (expressing; listening), including complex presentations
- Ability to establish effective relationships with the wide spectrum of team members, stakeholders, customers, and licensors
- Ability to negotiate, use diplomacy, managing conflict, teaching / consult in quality management and related fields
