Our team is looking for an MRO Warehouse Manager to join them. You will report to the Director of Operations and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.
To be considered for the MRO Warehouse Manager opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- 5 years as Warehouse Manager, aerospace experience preferred
- APICS Certification preferred
- Forklift trained and certified preferred
- Highly proficient in the use of ERP systems
- Understanding of FAA CFR14 Part 145, AS9110, QMS
- Prior experience with FedEx and/or UPS shipping systems
- Effective verbal communication, ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide leadership for Shipping, Receiving, and Stockroom
- Engage in Performance Management, inclusive of staffing, training, enforcement of safety, and mentoring.
- Manage daily responsibilities, including, scheduling, generation of KPI’s, developing and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
- Develop and implement a cycle count program, ensuring inventory accuracy, material issuance and returns
- Ensure compliance of aerospace quality & regulatory procedures and/or processes
- Provide oversight, ownership and accountability for all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Possess the ability to work across multiple functions to resolve problems

- $55,000 - $65,000/year, based on experience
