Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in South Windsor, CT for a Quality Assurance Manager at TWIN MRO. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance, control, auditing, and management activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves daily monitoring of quality processes and the maintenance of quality standards. The Quality Manager will also work with external parties, whether customer or contractor/subcontractor, to manage customer service, escalations, corrective actions, and audits. Lastly, the Quality Manager ensures that all regulatory training is performed and documented at the site level.
Here at Twin MRO, the Quality Manager also oversees three disciplines and partners with the leaders in those areas to support daily quality tasks. The three disciplines are Quality Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, & Quality Engineering.

Qualifications
- Quality Auditing and Quality Control skills
- Experience with managing regulatory requirements at a facility-wide level
- Capable of ensuring product standards align with FAA-approved technical data
- Knowledge of FAA standards and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field required
- Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred
