Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Office Coordinator & Scheduler to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company in Fort Worth location. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties
- Responsible to manage all office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, medical records, and office machines.
· Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
· Communicates effectively with field staff when interacting with them concerning matters of scheduling and care coordination
- Effectively document patient demographics, pertinent medical history and insurance information in the patient Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
· Upload new patient referrals and worksheet into EMR
- Obtain required documentation from referral sources prior to patient admission
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Run reports daily to ensure compliance with procedures
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
· Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
· Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Overseeing general office operation.
· Performs other duties as required.
- Oversees Agency communications including telephones, mail, and tracking of physician orders, pending and accepted patient referrals
Skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.72 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
