Your New Role
As an Apprentice, you’ll:
- Assist licensed professionals in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, including installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Learn and apply industry codes, trade practices, and safety standards under expert guidance
- Keep your workspace organized and follow all safety protocols
- Maintain equipment inventory, assist with truck organization, and deliver tools as needed
- Communicate effectively and work as a team player to ensure smooth project completion
- Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge for future growth

- Open to learning all trade departments (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Drug-free with a clean criminal record and valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record with the ability to drive a service truck
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, ceilings, and on ladders
- Professional appearance and adherence to safety procedures
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
