Job Summary & Responsibilities Create and implement manufacturing process plans in support of new products. Support Purchasing and Engineering personnel in the build and test of electro-mechanical-optical subassemblies and system for existing and new lithography wafer steppers and panel printers. Work with domestic and international Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier personnel to investigate and correct manufacturing, documentation and component problems as they arise. Participate in continuous improvement effort and 8D problem solving as needed. Support internal and external quality process and corrective actions. Reduce production labor, material cost while improving efficiency and utilization. Administration of Engineering Change Order and Engineering Change Request system for the business unit. Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, travel may vary, but will average 10-15% Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, other engineering disciplines will be considered. Minimum of 3 years of related experience Ability to understand and work with schematics, detail and assembly drawings, and Procedures Capable of using AutoCAD software, preferably Inventor Experience in debugging mechanical and electrical problems Demonstrated ability to work with and support manufacturing floor, engineering and purchasing personnel Reading/Writing: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documentation, business and technical reports and metrics, Microsoft Office, FileMaker reports and transactions. Ability to verbally/electronically respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers and peers. Ability to effectively present information to customers, management, engineering, manufacturing and peers.
