Job Summary & Responsibilities Summer 2025 Internship Opportunity Financial Reporting & Reconciliations: Assist with preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and support process improvement initiatives. Regulatory Compliance & Internal Controls: Learn about financial regulations, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies. Stock Plan Administration: Assist in the administration of employee stock plans, including restricted stock units (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs). Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Assist in processing transactions, reviewing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Capstone Project: Complete a project that aligns with your interests, such as financial statement analysis or an internal process review. Qualifications You should be an undergraduate junior or senior, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. No prior experience required, but coursework in financial accounting and familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
