The Must-Haves:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) General knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel Programs Excellent Customer Service and/or Dispatch skills Ability to multitask, self-manage and work efficiently in stressful situations Your Mission in Motion: Primarily facilitates the daily independent contractor services, and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues. Analyzes freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability. Compiles statistics and reports for branch operations.
