This opportunity has three main functions that will keep your work day both dynamic and exciting.
Responsibilities
Client Advocacy 35%
· Answer and route client phone calls
· Open support tickets for clients
· Track support ticket lifecycles
· Work with our tech staff to maximize efficiency
· Work with clients to maximize customer satisfaction
Bookkeeping 40%
· Accounts Receivable
· Accounts Payable
· Invoicing
· Payroll
· Reconciling accounts, journal entries
· Maintaining records for fixed assets
· Sales and Use tax
· Customer agreement management
Office Management 25%
· Assist with product procurement
· Assist with marketing campaigns
· Assist with sales campaigns
· Assist with policies and procedures
· Assist technical staff where possible
· Assist with planning of corporate events
Maintain office supplies
