As a Human Resources Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, assisting with HR-related requests and collaborating closely with employees, managers, and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This position is ideal for someone with experience in a large-scale HR department and a passion for providing excellent support to a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide HR guidance and support to employees at all levels, ensuring a high standard of service.
Manage a high volume of HR requests and tickets in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely documentation and resolution.
Offer personalized assistance via chat, phone, and casework, delivering clear, accurate information about company policies, programs, and systems.
Promote self-service options by assisting employees in navigating internal tools and systems.
Support the implementation and execution of core HR programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams to address complex HR issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Take on 1-2 point of contact roles for HR projects or initiatives, representing HRAnswers regionally or globally.
Monitor and ensure compliance with personal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining responsiveness and high employee satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing HR role, with a strong ability to solve problems and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
Experience supporting full-cycle HR processes, including LOA, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems, and experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
A customer-service-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement and delivering a positive employee experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual, global team environment.
Benefits :
Full-time, 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for long-term growth (1 year duration).
Pay : $30 - $32 / hr, paid weekly.
