Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing portfolio strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
Monitor, assess, and optimize the performance of existing marketing initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
Prioritize resources effectively across channels and campaigns to maximize impact and results.
Project Management
Lead cross-functional teams to mobilize, execute, and evaluate marketing projects from start to finish.
Manage timelines, resources, and project scope to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to program leads and stakeholders to foster continuous improvement and enhance project outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the Account Management & Delivery Planning Leader to ensure marketing efforts are aligned across the organization.
Support initiatives by ensuring integration and delivering measurable, results-driven outcomes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
5-7 years of experience in marketing portfolio management or a similar role.
Proven success in managing complex marketing projects with impactful results.
PMP Certification (preferred).
Skills and Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
