Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining Windows 11 operating system images and deployment solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and operation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Craft and sustain customized Windows 11 images that align with organizational needs, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing software and hardware.
• Deployment: Spearhead Windows 11 deployment strategies utilizing tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Testing and Validation: Execute thorough testing of Windows 11 builds, including application compatibility assessments, to maintain a stable and secure OS environment.
• Automation: Innovate automated scripts and processes to enhance the efficiency of Windows 11 build and deployment, leveraging PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Documentation: Develop and update comprehensive documentation detailing build procedures, deployment processes, and configuration settings.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Deliver third-level support for Windows 11, diagnosing and resolving complex OS-related issues.
• Collaboration: Partner with network, security, and application teams to ensure Windows 11 integrates seamlessly within the IT infrastructure.
• Security: Uphold security standards by ensuring Windows 11 builds and deployments adhere to organizational policies, promptly implementing security patches and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in building and deploying Windows operating systems, with a focus on Windows 10/11.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 11 architecture, MECM, WDS, MDT, and PowerShell scripting.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for complex OS-related issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear documentation.
• Team Player: Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate are advantageous.
