Our Charlotte energy client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for a 7-12 month contract. The Marketing Manager is integral to the Product Marketing team, ensuring that marketing, advertising, and creative tactics align with the goals of the organizations they support.
Hybrid in Charlotte NC
Rate: $48.00-$53.00/hour
7-12 month contract
The Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and manage strategic annual marketing plans, translating program claims and features into benefits to maximize customer response rates and ROI.
- Lead and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet program goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Marketing Manager in the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies & initiatives.
- Translate program goals into marketing goals to ensure annual market plans are executed as planned.
- Track marketing costs, provide accounting for invoice payments, and handle requests related to marketing expenses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing strategies, messages, and channels.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Create marketing presentations showcasing developed assets and results.
- Provide insight into internal and/or external challenges and/or regulatory issues.
- Ensure all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred
- 3 years of related work experience,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of basic principles of project management
- Experience in the utility industry; preferred
- Customer specific experience
