We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer with advanced proficiency in Blender. This role focuses on developing high-quality 2D, 3D, and VFX assets, with an emphasis on modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
Motion Graphics Designer Duties:
- Design and execute a wide range of realistic 2D, 3D, and VFX assets from concept to final delivery.
- Create pre-visuals to support and enhance thumbnail concepts, staying current with design trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with concept artists and designers to turn ideas into compelling final thumbnails.
- Develop procedural workflows between After Effects and Blender.
- Perform tasks such as shot tracking, set extensions, and rotoscoping.
- Contribute to various creative projects as needed.
Requirements & Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of experience in motion graphics, preferably with major brands or agencies.
- Ability to relocate at the client's expense within 30 days of an accepted offer.
- Ability to travel with media team.
- Advanced proficiency in Blender, including modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 2D, 3D, and VFX work for social media content.
- Deep understanding of scene lighting, surface interaction, and composition.
- Experience with various packages such as After Effects, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with a wide range of artistic styles, with a focus on realism.
- Knowledge of collaborative platforms like Google Drive and Discord.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across various levels.
- Genuine interest in the YouTube platform and emerging creative technologies, including AI.
