Project Traffic Manager [77296]

Our client is seeking a dynamic Traffic Manager III to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring that projects adhere to the agency's project lifecycle, stay on budget, and are delivered on time. The successful candidate will be adept at mitigating risks and removing roadblocks, demonstrating a multifaceted approach to project management.

Hybrid - Irvine, CA

45.00-$50.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Juggle multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle simultaneously
• Coordinate with team members, including Creative and Account personnel, to ensure task completion
• Track project progress and team whereabouts to ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Adapt to team needs while ensuring project requirements are met
• Advocate for agency processes and suggest improvements
• Identify risks and provide solutions to the team
• Anticipate bottlenecks and deviations from the original schedule, communicating these issues to team members
• Manage simple to complex non-interactive projects
• Prioritize workload in collaboration with the team
• Schedule input meetings and open job openings
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Develop internal fee estimates
• Manage and maintain daily / weekly status reports
• Conduct weekly meetings
• Manage digital routes, ensuring timely review and approval or actionable guidance from appropriate team members
• Forecast workload and staffing needs
• Perform other tasks as necessary to fulfill the above responsibilities
