Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Resource Manager to support one of our digital agency clients, working remotely within the US.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Resource Manager with a strong creative and technical background to join a fast-paced, innovative digital agency. As a key member of the team, you’ll focus on high-level project planning, hands-on management of teams, and resourcing for creative and technical projects. You will also play an important role in evaluating burn reports, assisting with new business SOWs, and working directly with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective operations. This part-time role (28 hours per week) offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to exciting digital projects with top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting : Plan staffing needs based on upcoming business opportunities to ensure team and client success.
Collaboration : Partner with Creative Leadership, Recruitment, and Project Management teams to evaluate budgets, staffing requirements, and resource allocations.
Resource Tracking : Oversee resource management and maintain accurate tracking reports.
Talent Coordination : Work closely with the HR team to facilitate staffing across the agency, including freelancers, contractors, and vendors.
Primary Point of Contact : Serve as the main resource management point of contact for all internal creative team needs.
Additional Tasks : Other duties as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the agency’s operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 5 years of experience in creative resource management or operations, specifically within the social media, design, production, and client / project management areas.
Agency Background : Previous experience in a creative agency environment is essential.
Resource Management Tools : Experience with resource management software and tools is highly preferred.
Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create pivot tables and tracking models for internal financial tracking.
Communication & Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technology : Must have access to an updated laptop or computer to work remotely.
Location : Candidates must reside in the US, within the PST, MST, or CST time zones.
Position Details

Compensation : $37 - $40 per hour, paid weekly
