As an Onboarding Recruiter, you will be partnering with our recruiting leaders to assist in meeting the company’s growth needs and recruiting the best drivers for our clients.
What does an Onboarding Recruiter Coordinator do?
Onboarding Recruiter responsibilities include posting job ads, evaluating applications, screening candidates, approving onboarding documents, providing our client's qualified drivers, overseeing daily office activities, and verifying finished work.

Full Time Day Shift: Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm. (Onsite Role).
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a Onboarding, Recruiter and/or HR role with strong system/software and customer service experience required.
- 2 years’ experience working with any of the following: Recruiting Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, HR, Sales, or Transportation Management Systems.
- Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Advanced experience level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Job Boards, and Job Postings).
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment. (Logistics preferred).
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
- Superb conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree: Business, Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field is strongly preferred but not required.
