Job Location: BANGALORE
Job Responsibilities:
- BE/BTECH – CIVIL / Mechanical
- Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC systems using BIM software
- Experience in computer skills - Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 platform.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design team
- Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modeling progress
- Assist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations
- Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and USA authorities guidelines
- Good experience in Duct size calculating, equipment family creation, equipment spatial planning
- Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within schedule.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Responsible for taking quantity as per designer requirements.
