• Develop detailed 3D BIM Models of HVAC systems using REVIT software
• Experience in computer skills - Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 platform.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design team
• Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modeling progress
• Assist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations
• Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and USA authorities guidelines
• Good experience in Duct size calculating, equipment family creation, equipment spatial planning
• Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within schedule.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Responsible for taking quantity as per designer requirements.
